A brief report and some photos of the congress. The comrades of The Struggle in Pakistan are preparing for their annual congress. Part of this preparation is the organization of nine regional congresses around the country. The first of these was the regional conference of Kashmir held in Rawalakot on 18th February. Despite the extremely cold and rainy weather more than 450 comrades participated from all over Kashmir. Comrade Lal Khan was the main speaker at the conference. It was a marvellous event with a very high level of discussion, discipline morale and enthusiasm. Lal khan explained the importance of the annual congress in the rapidly changing situation of the world while he was leading off at congress. He narrated very deeply the process of the gradual development of revolution in Venezuela and the intervention and solidarity work organized by the International Marxist Tendency, which filled the conference with a new feeling of confidence and zeal. After a detailed session of questions and contributions, conference closed with a new determination to more rapidly expand the ideological and organisational work and to work decisively towards the accomplishment of the historic task of accomplishing the world socialist revolution.
