IMT Defends Cuban Five Santiago de Cuba, Aug 13 (Prensa Latina) The International Marxist Tendency approved a resolution in favour of the release of the Cuban Five in its congress Wednesday, said leaders of the organization to Prensa Latina. The event was held in the city of Barcelona, Spain, and participants approved the document presented by John Peterson, from the US International Workers League. IMT affiliates joined the growing campaign in favour of the Cuban Five once more, reflecting the complicated judicial process that sentenced the Cuban anti-terrorist fighters 10 years ago. The document said the release of the Cuban Five is a duty going over Cuban citizens, and corresponding all the people believing in the future of mankind.
