More than one reason to remember September 11

11th of September used to be known in history for the coup carried out against Salvador Allende in 1973 and the brutal crushing of the Chilean working class that followed. We would recommend our readers Lessons of Chile 1973, which is a thorough analysis of that event. After 2001, however, 9/11 as it is known in the US, is also remembered for the terror attack against the World Trade Centre in New York.
